Please read instructions carefully.

You will only receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.

To check if your order has shipped, check your email (search "Create Love Share"). You would have received an email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to show before contacting us.

Why hasn't my packaged ship yet?

We usually ship all orders next business day, so your order will not ship on the weekend. Rarely, there may be unexpected delays. Please contact us immediately (help@createloveshare.art) if your package has not been shipped for 3 consecutive business days.

My tracking shows DELIVERED but I don't have it?

When the carrier marks your package as "delivered", unfortunately we can no longer take responsibility for the whereabouts of the delivery. Please contact the courier directly and check with your family members, neighbors and local post office to ensure they haven't picked it up by mistake. 

My order's shipped but I can't see any tracking info.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to load into the system.
