Within 90 days of purchase, we will accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Product arrives in a defective state.
- Product is not as described or we sent the wrong item.
In any of the above cases, we may require you to provide photographs of the product in the same state it arrived.
To complete your refund/return, we do require a proof of purchase, so please don't delete any email correspondence from us related to your order.
If the item(s) are eligible for a Return or Refund, we will instruct you on the process and provide you the return address. We cannot accept responsibility for return costs even if we choose to reimburse you for the product.
If you are eligible for or have requested a reshipment, once the returns process is completed your replacement will be shipped next business day.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse any requests for refunds or returns if your reason for doing so does not meet these terms, or if we think an attempt is being made to abuse this policy.
